Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist in building a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle payroll preparation, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide administrative support to management.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Support training and development initiatives and assist in HR reporting and documentation.
