Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and drive excellence in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across various residential and light commercial properties. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration units, and ventilation equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Troubleshoot electrical components using tools such as ohmmeters and perform equipment repairs or replacements as needed.
• Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak detection.
• Operate welding equipment for system repairs requiring metal fabrication or modifications.
• Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Field service experience working on property maintenance projects involving air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, or appliance repair.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and the use of tools such as ohmmeters; experience with equipment repair is essential.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to safety protocols; mechanical or mechanic experience is a plus.
• Additional skills include proficiency in construction practices, refrigeration systems management, HVAC/R troubleshooting, plumbing skills, and general maintenance procedures. Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
