Heavy Equipment AP Assistant

Today the company is re-branded under one unified name, NED – National Equipment Dealers.

Work Schedule: Full time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus in Accounting or Finance
• MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
• Customer oriented
• Attention to detail
• General understanding of inventory
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Strong desire to learn the accounting function
• Ability to travel to company facilities as needed

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual would be responsible for daily accounting and finance roles including:

• Assist in weekly check run
• Scan payments into customers’ accounts
• Reconcile credit card statements
• File AP invoices
• Key in deposits
• Reconcile vendor account statements
• Scan invoices to AP
• Process credit card statements
• Maintain rental cycle billing schedule
• Track commissions
• Additional tasks as needed to support the Accounting Department
