Part-Time Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accountant to join our team. This role will support our financial operations by assisting with day-to-day accounting functions and providing valuable insights to help guide business decisions. What You’ll Do

• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers
• Assist with tax preparation and filings
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy across all financial records
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting efforts
• Serve as a backup for payroll processing
• Provide general accounting support as needed

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, reconciliations, and tax basics
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time, flexible schedule (approximately 15-20 hours per week)
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
