Heavy Truck Driver

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to transport goods and/or passengers to assigned destinations in a timely manner. The Driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles, adhering to traffic laws, ensuring vehicle maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or passengers.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Load and unload cargo, if applicable.
• Communicate with dispatchers and team members about delays or changes.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients or customers.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (class may vary depending on the vehicle).
• Clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and routes.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects (if needed).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Driver's License
• Basic mechanical knowledge.

Working Conditions:

• May include long hours or weekend work depending on schedule.
• Exposure to all weather conditions.
• Sitting for extended periods while driving.
