Help Desk Specialist

Location (city, state): 5 days onsite in Two Harbors, Minnesota

Compensation: $30-35hr. W2

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

1. Customer facing – excellent soft skills
2. Desktop Support skills (Microsoft/O365, PC’s, Wise Terminals, very general)
3. Basic Networking and Infrastructure Support (Route/Switch)
4. Experience partnering with 3rd party software vendors.

Preferred:

1. SCCM
2. VMWARE
3. Azure AD or Intune
