💼 Hiring: Help Desk Support (Hybrid – Woodbridge, NJ)

📍 Location: Woodbridge, NJ 07095 (Hybrid)

🕒 Duration: 6 Months & Extendable

(6 month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business requirements)

⏰ Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

🔧 About the Role

We are seeking a Help Desk Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for end users requiring technical assistance. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues across hardware, software, connectivity, and user access.

You will provide support via phone and email while managing and tracking all requests through ServiceNow.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for end users
• Troubleshoot issues including:
• Account unlocks & password resets
• Hardware and laptop issues
• Printing and connectivity problems
• Software support (Adobe, Office 365, browsers, etc.)
• Remote access issues
• Create, update, and resolve tickets using ServiceNow
• Follow up with users to ensure timely issue resolution
• Assist with hardware/software asset management
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support teams
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

✅ Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Help Desk or phone-based IT support (L1/L2)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in a Call Center or IT Help Desk environment
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred)
• Financial Services industry experience is a plus
• Exposure to FIS-IBS systems is an advantage
• Quick learner with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
