✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree (recent grads welcome!)
• Internship or relevant experience in IT/customer support
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Preferred:

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware/peripherals
• Handle incoming phone calls regarding customer service inquiries
• Provide accurate, efficient support and meet performance metrics
• Troubleshoot concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
