Help Desk Support Tier 1

Role Description:

This is a remote role for a Help Desk Support Tier 1 located in San Juan, PR.

The role will involve technical support and troubleshooting assistance to client

via phone and chat. The Help Desk Support Tier 1 will also be responsible for

setting up and configuring computers, software installations, and providing

customer support.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, Desktop Support skills
  • Customer Support Experience
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software related issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Active Directory and ServiceDesk- huge plus
  • Knowledge of Office 365 support
  • Associate's or Bachelor's in a technology related field is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
