Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Representative to join our clients IT team and provide hands-on technical support at their corporate office in San Antonio, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting end users, and being a go-to technical resource in a professional, mission-driven environment. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact for IT support by responding to phone calls and emails from users experiencing technical issues Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and peripheral issues (desktops, laptops, printers, cables, etc.) Assist users with everyday technical questions related to operating systems, email, and standard software applications Diagnose issues by gathering details from users and walking them through step-by-step solutions Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel when needed Assist with installing, moving, and maintaining computer equipment and cabling as required
