Helpdesk and CAFM Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Helpdesk and CAFM Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, work order tracking, and effective coordination between maintenance teams and clients. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Key Responsibilities
· Operate and maintain the CAFM system on a daily basis
· Log, assign, and track work orders and service requests
· Ensure accurate data entry of assets, PPM schedules, and maintenance records
· Generate reports related to maintenance activities and system performance
· Coordinate with maintenance teams, supervisors, and clients
· Monitor SLA compliance and update job status accordingly
· Maintain proper documentation and system records
· Provide administrative support to the facilities management team

Requirements
· Proven experience working with CAFM systems
· Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field
· Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English - Must
· Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
