Helpdesk Operator (Facilities Management) - Arabic

Job Title: Helpdesk Operator (Facilities Management) – Arabic Speaker

Location: Qatar

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Helpdesk Operator to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming service requests, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring timely resolution of facilities-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, and track maintenance requests via phone, email, and CMMS system
  • Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to ensure timely job completion
  • Prioritize and escalate urgent maintenance issues as required
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in Arabic and English
  • Maintain accurate records of all service requests and updates
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and responsiveness

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in Facilities Management or Helpdesk role preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and helpdesk systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
