Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Club Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily club operations, support events and facility bookings, and ensure exceptional service standards for members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, facility management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily club operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage facility bookings, meetings, events, sports activities, and member functions.
• Conduct routine inspections of club facilities and report maintenance requirements.
• Supervise housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness throughout the premises.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repair and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
• Assist in organizing VIP functions, banquets, and special events.
• Maintain records, reports, member databases, and operational documentation.
• Enforce club policies and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and address member inquiries professionally.

Requirements

• Graduate or Secondary School Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality, recreational clubs, hotels, or facility management.
• HACCP Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and maintain high service standards.
