Position Summary
We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide comprehensive cancer care within a supportive and collaborative medical environment. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality hematology and oncology care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Participate in clinical decision-making, patient education, and ongoing treatment monitoring.
Stay current with advances in hematology/oncology practices to ensure best-in-class patient care.

Strong clinical expertise in hematology and oncology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Educational & Other Requirements
MD or DO degree with completion of a Hematology/Oncology fellowship.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
Eligible for medical licensure.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $650,000
$75,000 sign-on bonus
Conversion factor: $105.88
Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage
