Hindi Content Writer- Advertising Agency- Raipur

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Hindi Content Writer who can think creatively, write persuasively, and bring ideas to life in Hindi for digital, print, and video platforms. The role requires strong storytelling ability, excellent command over Hindi language (both formal and conversational tones), and the flexibility to adapt writing styles for multiple brands and audiences.

You’ll work closely with the creative, social media, and strategy teams to craft impactful copy that connects emotionally with the audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging Hindi content for social media posts, ad campaigns, websites, blogs, video scripts, and marketing collaterals.
• Translate and transcreate English copy into Hindi while preserving tone, intent, and cultural nuance.
• Write creative taglines, headlines, captions, and short-form scripts for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers and creative strategists to conceptualize campaign ideas.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Conduct basic research to maintain factual accuracy and authenticity in writing.
• Maintain high linguistic quality and consistency across all Hindi content.
• Work on multiple brands simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, Hindi Literature, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional writing experience in Hindi (preferably in advertising, digital, or media).
• Exceptional command over written and spoken Hindi; good understanding of English for transcreation.
• Proven ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences (youth brands, corporate, lifestyle, entertainment, etc.).
• Strong conceptual and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office / Google Docs; familiarity with content management tools preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and editing skills.

Good to Have

• Experience writing for YouTube / OTT / influencer content.
• Understanding of digital and social media trends.
• Basic SEO knowledge for Hindi content.
• Experience working in an advertising or content agency setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
