You will:

• Administer and own the candidate experience from offer acceptance to include new hire documentation, background checks and IT provisioning for employee and contingent workers.

• Maintain data quality, accuracy, and integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Utilize and become proficient with talent acquisition technology, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

• Manage and ensure compliance with hiring requirements and adhere to both local government and company hiring guidelines.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with candidates, recruiters, business partners, and other functional departments (HRIS, IT, Onboarding, Payroll).

• Develop, implement, and optimize recruitment processes and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across all hiring activities.

• Build and utilize functional and process knowledge to independently solve problems, even in the absence of detailed documentation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service internally and externally, demonstrating strong communication skills, prioritization, and urgency.

• Assist with special projects as assigned.

You Have:

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or a related support role.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with ATS. Preferably Workday.

• Language proficiency required in English.

• An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills enabling efficient work prioritization and project coordination.

• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices in EMEA.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with all organizational levels.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a fact-based decision-making approach.

• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in high-tech, high-growth environments or global, matrixed companies.
