Hiring Call Center Executive – No Sales | Appointment-Based Role

We’re currently looking for motivated Calling Experts to join our team for a non-sales role. This is not your typical sales job — you will not be selling any products or services (such as duct cleaning or Medicare campaigns).

Instead, this is a pure appointment-setting position, where your primary responsibility is to share key information with potential clients and invite them to our office for a scheduled presentation.

We need individuals with strong convincing skills and excellent communication abilities — people who can speak with genuineness, warmth, and emotional intelligence.

You should be able to connect naturally with people over the phone — not sound scripted or robotic, but communicate in a way that feels real, sincere, and trustworthy. The goal is to make the prospect feel truly heard and understood.

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: PKR 20,000 – 25,000
• Commissions: Up to PKR 100,000
• Shift Timing: 5:45 PM – 12:30 AM (No rotational hours)
