Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication. Your ability to engage with customers in both English and Spanish will be a significant asset.

Duties

• Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information regarding products and services.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanour.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed assistance.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
