We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing interior design and fit-out team. If you have a strong background in cost estimation and a passion for delivering accurate project budgets, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope
• Conduct quantity take-offs and material costing
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Evaluate project risks and provide cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accuracy
• Monitor project costs and support budget control throughout execution
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Proven experience in estimation within interior design or fit-out industry
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and market pricing
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
