Hiring: Export & Operations Executive

We are a growing manufacturing studio working with Indian and international clients in the fashion accessories space. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Export & Operations Executive to take ownership of export documentation, vendor coordination, and operational support.

This role is critical to our day-to-day functioning and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, HS Codes, COOs, courier paperwork)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs agents
• Prepare invoice data and documentation for our CA (GST / exports)
• Maintain and organize vendor & material records (costs, MOQs, lead times)
• Handle daily calls from vendors and service providers (Hindi required)
• Support office operations and reduce management workload
• What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years experience in exports / logistics / operations / back-office roles
• Prior experience with documentation and follow-ups
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable handling frequent phone calls
• Hindi & English required
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

This is not a fresher role.

Work Details

• Location: Noida (office-based)
• Schedule: 5 working days per week
• Working days: Tuesday to Saturday
• Weekly offs: Sunday & Monday
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
