Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Supervise daily maintenance and repair works for yachts, boats, and marine equipment.
• Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor progress against deadlines

. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Project Management

• Oversee service contracts and special projects (e.g., Lusail Queen, refurbishments).
• Prepare daily/weekly project reports and update management on progress.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure required materials are available on time.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards and addressing concerns promptly. Team Management
• Lead and mentor technicians, electricians, carpenters, and helpers.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of the maintenance team.
• Conduct training sessions on safety, best practices, and technical skills. Quality & Compliance
• Implement and monitor SOPs for maintenance and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar health and safety regulations.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve technical issues. Reporting & Communication
• Report manpower, materials, and progress updates to management.
• Act as the communication link between field teams, procurement, and management.
• Maintain documentation of work orders, material usage, and service records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Marine/Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in marine maintenance, operations, or related engineering field.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems for boats/yachts.
• Proven experience in managing teams and delivering projects on time.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
