✅ Detailed Eligibility & Licensing Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

1. Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent, full-time clinical experience in a hospital setting. Experience in ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, ER, OR, or other acute care specialties is highly desirable.
2. NCLEX Examination: Must be a successful passer of the NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensure Examination). Proof of passing is required.
3. VisaScreen Certificate: The VisaScreen (from CGFNS International) must be completed or in process. This certificate verifies that your education, license, and English language skills meet U.S. federal requirements for visa sponsorship.
4. English Language Proficiency: Must have completed an approved English language test (either IELTS or TOEFL iBT) with a passing score that meets the VisaScreen requirements. Tests must be  completed ; upcoming tests may not be accepted for this drive.
