Sales & Business Development:


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Operations) in target companies.

• Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions (white/blue-collar).

• Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Management & Retention:

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage key accounts for long-term engagement.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and service reviews with existing clients.

• Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely and quality manpower deployment.

Reporting & Strategy:

• Track, analyze, and report sales performance.

• Forecast sales trends and contribute to quarterly/ annual business planning
