Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Location: Jaipur

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process supporting a global process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound voice calls from international customers
• Resolve customer queries related to services and products
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards
• Maintain accurate call documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in International Voice Process
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Versant Score: C1 (US Voice)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary Package:

• Up to ₹35,000 per month

Hiring Process:

• HR Round
• Operations Round

Work Schedule:

• 5.5 days working
• Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

Cab Facility:

• Males: ₹180 per night shift reimbursement
• Females: One-sided cab facility during odd hours
