Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and ensure a professional and pleasant reception experience.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Handle incoming calls, client queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain client records, registration forms, billing documents, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and branch staff to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Manage walk-ins and assist in explaining available services and packages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception area.
  • Support branch sales by promoting ongoing offers and services.
  • Handle billing, cash management, and daily closing reports.

Requirements:

  • Any degree or diploma.
  • 0–2 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality (freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, basic typing).
  • Pleasant appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle clients professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
