Hiring HR Recruiter

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle, help identify top talent, and contribute to the organisation’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support other HR operations as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the education or service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
