Job Summary:

Sian International School is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to help expand our school's presence and admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment and brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, schools, and local communities.
• Organize promotional events, school visits, and open houses.
• Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into admissions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising and outreach campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
• Maintain records of admissions and marketing activities for analysis and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the education sector).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is a plus.
