Hiring: Manager - Finance & Accounts

#### About the Role

We are looking for a Managerial-Level Finance & Accounts Professional to join our team at Smart Actech Private Limited, the local office of Best Pro Bookkeeping and Tax LLC, a CPA-based firm in the US.

#### Key Responsibilities

- Oversee full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping operations for US-based clients

- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards

- Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax documentation

- Liaise with US CPA team and clients on financial matters

- Lead and mentor junior finance/accounting staff

#### Requirements

- Professional Degree: CA/ACCA/CPA preferred. MBA Finance or relevant degree required

- Experience: 5+ years in Finance & Accounts, with 2+ years at a managerial level

- Strong grip on: GAAP, IFRS, US Tax & Bookkeeping processes

- Experience working with CPA firms / US LLC clients is a strong plus

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Excel

- Excellent communication skills for client coordination
