Hiring Manager & Sales Associate

Recruitment & Hiring Support:
- Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use Indeed and Career plug to Post job advertisements, refresh these posts on need basis, if needs urgent hiring, then refresh them daily.
- Once the candidates apply, put them in a pipeline by sending them Calendly interview scheduling links through EX texting.
- Respond to any reschedule messages on EZ texting or on Ring central.

Sales Support & Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential clients or customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Assist in managing inbound sales leads and support outbound communication as required.
- Maintain accurate client and lead records in the CRM system.
- Support day-to-day sales operations including follow-ups, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
