Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to develop and grow corporate, institutional, and reseller clients for our 19L bottled water business. The role involves building partnerships, managing key accounts, and creating marketing strategies that position our brand as the preferred choice for offices, schools, restaurants, and factories across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target B2B clients such as offices, educational institutions, gyms, restaurants, and distributors.
• Develop marketing and outreach strategies to increase bulk orders and recurring corporate sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, admin departments, and facility managers.
• Conduct market research on pricing, competitors, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for institutional clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely supply and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor client accounts, payment cycles, and renewal contracts.
• Suggest improvements in packaging, branding, and service model to strengthen the B2B segment.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and client communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing or corporate sales (FMCG, water, or beverage industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate procurement and distribution channels.
• Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or digital outreach platforms.
