We are a UAE-based audit and business consulting firm with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh, and an expanding back-office operation in Lahore, Pakistan. Our core services include audit, VAT advisory, UAE corporate tax, bookkeeping, and business setup solutions. We work closely with businesses across the UAE to deliver high-quality, compliant, and client-focused services. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to onboard confident, articulate, and sales-driven Professionals to join our Lahore-based Business Development Team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Business Development Executive to join our Johar Town, Lahore office. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate business activities with our UAE and KSA teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Outbound calls to potential UAE-based clients using prepared scripts and personalized approaches.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior sales consultants and client managers
  • Follow up on proposals and inquiries to convert prospects into clients
  • Meet and exceed assigned weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain call logs, lead statuses, and reporting as per company protocols

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with business development tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Google Workspace, Mailchimp).

Work Schedule

  • Location: Office-based – Lahore
  • Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pak Standard Time), Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
