Beta Web Solutions is expanding its team and seeking a Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in business development and client acquisition. Candidates must have proven experience acquiring and managing international clients through Upwork.
Responsibilities:
Identify, bid, and secure projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
Draft compelling proposals and tailored pitches to win projects.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scope with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Development) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Meet monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in the digital marketing/IT industry
Proven success in acquiring clients via Upwork (mandatory)
Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities in English (verbal & written)
Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions
Experience with other freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
