Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives to expand our network of partner schools and increase market penetration. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies to promote our educational books and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools and educational institutions.
- Conduct school visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our publications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school owners, and teachers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business growth targets.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, book fairs, and exhibitions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on client inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking ability and a professional attitude.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally for client visits.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 70,000 (based on experience and performance).
- Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives + Fuel Allowance.
