Finance Manager

  • Age: Below 52 years old
  • Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days per week
  • Work Location: Corporate Office - The Commercial Avenue Industrial Area Road, Doha, Qatar
  • Minimum Experience: 15–20 years in contracting, trading, or manufacturing industries
  • Other Benefits: Car, fuel allowance, and mobile allowance
  • With Valid Qatar id and Qatar Driving License.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct financial analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reviews.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Oversee accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain operational stability.
  • Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, and investment strategies.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Maintain internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Oversee corporate tax, VAT, and financial documentation requirements.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial discipline and efficiency.

Business Advisory

  • Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, projects, and investments.
  • Evaluate financial performance and ROI of projects and business operations.
  • Support management in mergers, acquisitions, or business expansion plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Relevant finance/accounting qualification; professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience in contracting, trading, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience handling turnovers of QAR 100 million or more.
  • Experience in home country and/or GCC acceptable.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
