Finance Manager
- Age: Below 52 years old
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days per week
- Work Location: Corporate Office - The Commercial Avenue Industrial Area Road, Doha, Qatar
- Minimum Experience: 15–20 years in contracting, trading, or manufacturing industries
- Other Benefits: Car, fuel allowance, and mobile allowance
- With Valid Qatar id and Qatar Driving License.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct financial analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reviews.
Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain operational stability.
- Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, and investment strategies.
- Ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Maintain internal controls and risk management processes.
- Oversee corporate tax, VAT, and financial documentation requirements.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial discipline and efficiency.
Business Advisory
- Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, projects, and investments.
- Evaluate financial performance and ROI of projects and business operations.
- Support management in mergers, acquisitions, or business expansion plans.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Relevant finance/accounting qualification; professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in contracting, trading, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience handling turnovers of QAR 100 million or more.
- Experience in home country and/or GCC acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
