Requirements

• Male candidate, aged 40–50 years
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as HR Manager in retail, preferably luxury or jewellery / watches
• Strong knowledge of:
• Retail HR operations
• Recruitment & talent planning
• Payroll and benefits administration
• Employment laws and compliance in the region
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and MS Office tools
• Excellent communication in English; Hindi is a plus
