Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Management, or related field (preferred).

 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a carpentry, woodworking, or furniture manufacturing environment.

 Proven experience in managing factory operations and leading production teams.

 Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, production techniques, and materials.

 Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

 Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems. Preferred Skills:

 Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

 Experience with CNC machinery and automated woodworking equipment.

 Understanding of quality control standards and ISO procedures.
