Job Title: Production Incharge – Carpentry & Joinery

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Salary: QAR 1500 + 700 (accommodation)

Location: Qatar

We are looking for a dynamic and committed Lead Production Incharge with strong technical expertise and leadership qualities to manage production while driving client satisfaction and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead carpentry and joinery production, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Review and prepare shop drawings (AutoCAD 2D & 3D; 3ds Max is a plus).
• Supervise production lines and maintain equipment functionality.
• Guide and motivate teams to meet tight schedules.
• Communicate with clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Support business retention and development with practical solutions.
• Assist in preparing quotations and tenders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in carpentry/joinery (furniture & doors).
• Strong knowledge of production techniques and shop drawings.
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication for client and team interactions.
