Senior Contract Specialist/Quantity Surveyor

A. Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantity Surveying discipline from a recognized University or Institution to the approval of the Engineer.

· Ministry of Municipality Registered Grade A in Quantity Surveying

· Chartered status such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is preferred and considered advantageous.

B. Experience

· 10+ years of experience in consultancy firms, specifically in a quantity surveying role on infrastructure related projects

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in pre-contract

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in post-contract

C. General

· Must be able to demonstrate skills to implement methods for dispute avoidance and resolution study.

· Must be fluent in Arabic (mandatory) & English both written and spoken with an excellent capability written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills;

· Must have the ability to utilize computer technology to analyse data, maintain records, analyze financial data and generate reports.
