JOB DESCRIPTION

- We are looking for candidates with comparable experience or familiarity with cold calling who possess a good sense of humour and a pleasant demeanor.

- Candidates must have excellent proficiency in spoken English with good confidence to to interact with recurring and new customer energetically, engage them in developing business and follow up through calls. (training will be provided to the hired candidates) (Approx 250+ cold calls a day)

• Non-rotational fixed shift hours, no overtime (Evening 6:00 pm – 12:30 am) 40 mins break/day

• Earn 45,000-75,000 per month (in 6 hrs job)

REQUIREMENTS

• Academic qualification:- Bachelors, A-Levels or University Undergraduates may APPLY (if shift hours are suitable).
• No distractions or multi-tasking allowed during working hours. We favour a calm and focused work environment free from any background noise disturbances
• The candidate should possess fundamental understanding of Outbound Call Centre functions, familiarity with lead generation, and strong persuasion abilities
• Should be lively, passionate, innovative, attentive listener, and a self-assured individual
• Must be proficient in spoken & written English (fluent) with neutral or American accent
