Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing effective marketing strategies to promote properties. Your ability to understand fair housing regulations and real estate law will be essential in ensuring compliance and fostering trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis to determine property values.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, client communications, and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service; previous experience in real estate is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with property management practices is an advantage.
• Previous administrative experience or real estate administrative experience is preferred.
