A leading distillery is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to scale business across India, build robust distribution networks, and manage compliance-sensitive operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow national-level sales for distillery products across key Indian markets

Build, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners; expand network reach

Drive sales strategy, targets, pricing, and trade schemes to achieve growth objectives

Coordinate with internal teams on dispatch, forecasting, inventory management, and collections

Ensure effective coordination on taxation, excise-related processes, audits, and documentation

Track and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing, new launches, and trends

Required Profile

4–5 years of experience in distillery / spirits sales with national network exposure

Proven capability in managing distributors, sales teams, and channel expansion

Working knowledge of taxation, audits, and compliance documentation

(AlcoBev / excise environment experience is a strong advantage)

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills

Willingness to be based in Goa with travel as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
