Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and collecting documents
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare basic HR reports and documentation
  • Respond to employee queries and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities

Public Relations Officer (PRO) Support

  • Assist in preparing and submitting visa applications, labor contracts, and Emirates ID processing
  • Coordinate with government portals for employee-related services
  • Track and renew employee visas, labor cards, and other legal documents
  • Maintain records of all PRO-related transactions and ensure timely renewals
  • Support in arranging medical tests and insurance documentation for employees
  • Liaise with external government agencies and service providers as needed
