Hmong Transcription and Transcription QA project

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Hmong Transcription and QA (Quality Review) specialists to support a high-priority language project. This is an urgent opportunity for freelancers or vendor teams with strong linguistic expertise in Hmong.

Project Details:

• Language: Hmong (Hmong Daw / Mong Leng)
• Scope: Audio Transcription and Quality Assurance (Review)
• Volume: 200 hours (100 hours transcription + 100 hours QA)
• Deadline: April 30
• Workflow: Transcription followed by QA (correction-based review; no rejections)
• Quality Requirement: Minimum 95% accuracy expected

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe Hmong audio content
• Perform QA review and correct transcription errors
• Ensure consistency, formatting, and linguistic accuracy
• Meet daily/weekly production targets

Requirements:

• Native or fluent proficiency in Hmong (Hmong Daw / Mong Leng)
• Proven experience in transcription and/or QA projects
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to handle large volumes and meet tight deadlines
• Access to a reliable system and internet connection

Preferred:

• Prior experience in similar large-scale transcription projects
• Ability to work in teams and scale quickly
