HOA Administrative Assistant in Oceanside

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support a master-planned community in Oceanside. This position is the first point of contact for residents and plays a key role in day-to-day community operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, Board members, vendors, and management
  • Assist with architectural applications (home improvement requests)
  • Provide information regarding parks, common areas, and community policies
  • Support administrative tasks, including correspondence and record keeping
  • Return all calls and emails within 24 business hours
  • Perform routine inspections of community common areas and report findings

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience; preferably in an office environment. Property management/HOA experience is highly desired. Excellent telephone etiquette. Professional verbal and written communication. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm. Familiar with basic functions of MS Office and be able to write a business letter. Team player attitude. Reliable and dedicated to providing the best in customer service.

Administrative Duties:

  • Phone, computer programs, mailing, email and driving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
