We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support a master-planned community in Oceanside. This position is the first point of contact for residents and plays a key role in day-to-day community operations.
What You’ll Do
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience; preferably in an office environment. Property management/HOA experience is highly desired. Excellent telephone etiquette. Professional verbal and written communication. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm. Familiar with basic functions of MS Office and be able to write a business letter. Team player attitude. Reliable and dedicated to providing the best in customer service.
