Holiday Consultant

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic Holiday Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our clients and driving our commitment to excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers, managing their holiday inquiries and bookings, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Inbound operation and Hotel booking reservation is mandatory.
• Detailed knowledge on Booking tool.
• Assist in the design and implementation of promotional campaigns.
• Admin assistant / Documentation support is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry or Hotel industry is mandatory.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with CRM systems.
• A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is is a plus
