We are seeking a Holiday Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking customized holiday packages. The role involves understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable travel options, and ensuring a smooth booking experience with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on holiday destinations, packages, and itineraries
  • Customize travel packages based on client preferences and budgets
  • Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities
  • Provide accurate information on travel requirements and policies
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain booking records and client documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in travel or holiday consulting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of domestic and international destinations
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in booking systems and MS Office
