Key Responsibilities

● Conduct Inbound/outbound calls to potential customers and provide detailed information on cabin categories, itineraries, pricing, and onboard experiences.

● Identify customer preferences and offer tailored cruise packages.

● Upsell and cross-sell premium cabins, suite experiences, and onboard services (dining, spa, entertainment).

● Follow up with potential leads to close sales and ensure a seamless booking experience.

● Handle high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with a professional and customer-first approach that aligns with Cordelia Cruises’ luxury service standards.

● Maintain a polished, professional, and structured approach in all interactions.

● Adhere to high call quality standards, ensuring clear, confident, and persuasive communication.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

● Track sales performance and conversion metrics.

● Stay updated on cruise schedules, promotions, and competitor trends.

● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
