Holiday homes Manager

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operational Assistant Manager to oversee daily on-site operations for our holiday homes in Ras al Kahimah. The right candidate will ensure that each property is perfectly maintained, that guests receive 5-star service, and that all operational procedures are followed with precision and professionalism. With 1-2 years experience in same field.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Operations
• Welcome guests during check-ins and assist during check-outs.
• Ensure each apartment is fully prepared and in perfect condition before every arrival.
• Remain available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist guests when needed.
• Monitor WhatsApp Business and respond promptly to guest inquiries or operational requests.
• Property & Maintenance Management
• Conduct detailed pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections for every unit.
• Prepare and send reports after each check-in and check-out, including photos, notes, and any observations.
• Maintain a complete and updated inventory list of all items in each property.
• Check that all appliances, lighting, and amenities are working correctly before each arrival.
• Supervise and coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams.
• Have basic maintenance skills to handle minor fixes when needed.
• Operational Coordination
• Identify and report issues proactively, ensuring they are resolved quickly.
• Manage relationships and negotiate with suppliers, technicians, and contractors.
• Collaborate closely with management to improve processes and guest satisfaction.

Skills

Requirements

• Proven experience in holiday homes, hospitality, or property management.
• Basic technical knowledge in maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, AC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Professional appearance and well-presented at all times.
• Must be based in Ras al Khaimah.
• Valid UAE driving license required.

Note: As part of our commitment to recognizing and rewarding talent, our salary structure is designed to grow with your contributions. The starting salary for this position is 2,500 AED per month. Following a successful probationary period, once you have demonstrated your abilities and proven yourself to be a valuable asset to the company, your salary will be reviewed and increased to 3,000 AED per month.
