Position: Holidays Executive / Holidays Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage domestic and international holiday packages tailored to client needs.
- Handle hotel bookings, visa processing, and travel insurance efficiently and accurately.
- Negotiate and contract with local and international suppliers, hotels, and DMCs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Identify and develop new client relationships and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote offers and campaigns.
- Represent Marsa Holidays at industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain professional communication with vendors, partners, and clients.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and market activities.
- Prepare regular reports on bookings, performance, and vendor relationships.
- Travel locally and internationally as required for meetings and market development.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and holidays sector.
- Strong expertise in holiday packages, hotel bookings, visas, and travel insurance.
- Proven ability in vendor negotiation and contracting (local & international).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with travel booking / CRM systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
- Existing network within the travel and hospitality industry.
- Experience working with both corporate and leisure travel clients.
