Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training

Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed

Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly
- Accurately enter orders into POS system

Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
- Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner

Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework
- Pack and verfy all ToGo orders with guest

Greet guests at the curbside pickup area
Qualifications:
- Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift
- Can reach, bend, stoop frequently
- Able to deliver plates, and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs

Ability to speak, read and write English
- Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc
- Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes
- Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes

Ability to work flexible hours
